What is Babbez?
Babbez is an online shop for baby and kids' clothing — colorful outfit sets, dresses, bodysuits, rompers, and more for newborns through about age 7 — plus a growing range of toys and nursery items. If you're just browsing, our best sellers are a great place to start.
How do I pick the right size?
Our clothing is sized by age, and many labels also list height in centimeters. Every baby grows differently, so measure first and compare against our size chart before you order. When your little one is between sizes, sizing up usually buys you more months of wear.
How long does shipping take?
We typically process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location; most orders arrive within 5–20 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — on qualifying orders. The current free-shipping threshold is shown in the announcement bar at the top of the site and at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also check the status of your order any time on our order lookup page.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I return or exchange something?
Yes — you can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Please see our policies page for the full details.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.
How do you handle product safety?
