Baby Clothing Size Finder
Free tool · updated 2026
Enter your baby's weight to see which US size actually fits — and how much that same label shifts from brand to brand. Built from 30 brands' published size charts (we compare brands' own charts on paper; we don't test garments).
Find the size
Weight is the most reliable guide for baby clothes. Height and brand are optional.
What each label means, across brands
Upper weight each US label reaches on brands' published charts — the min, median and max across brands, and the spread (how much brands disagree). Height shown as the median plus the rough EU size (cm).
| US label | Brands | Fits up to (median) | Range across brands | Spread | Height (med) | EU ≈ (cm) |

Why sizes never line up — and how we made this
There is no US standard for baby-clothing sizes. The same label means different weights at different brands — for example, "3-6M" tops out anywhere from 14.5 lb to 20 lb across 26 brands' published charts, a 5.5 lb spread. This tool reads each brand's own published size chart (retrieved 2 Sept 2026) and compares them. We compare published charts only; we do not handle, measure or test any garment, and the brand adjustment reflects where a brand's chart sits on paper, not a fit test. Always check the specific brand's chart before buying.
